Having successfully meddled in healthcare, our good friends at Hobby Lobby have turned their attention to building a Bible museum in Washington, D.C. and designing a curriculum for the Oklahoma City Public Schools. Jesus wept.

Ah, well.. I see the Bible as part of our ancient culture but I do appreciate the irony of your commentary here. People believe what they want to believe and I err on the side of science.

Thanks for the inspiration that I needed today, Mama Zen. Yes, holes are necessary but some have extra ones in their heads and the winds of change don't blow there...sheesh...
I could see designing a curriculum for a private school - I have a different take on Hobby Lobby, though (as always I straddle the fence on issues - not totally on either "side" - and a Bible museum? If it embraced all the translations - and history of Christianity (Protestant & Catholic) and Judaism - that would be interesting to me. But, I don't think that will happen.
Either way, the poem itself has a tone and vibe to it that rings loud and clear. You always do that well and I always admire it.
