The celiac vampire is always hungry.
"When I sleep, I dream of flour," she tells her therapist.
He suggests that she take up gardening.
The celiac vampire rises like bread dough
and rips the Adam's apple from her therapist's throat.
Now, she dreams of orchards.

Ha! Love the twist at the end.
Having discovered the meaning of celiac, I am overcome with the humour of this piece. You're a riot, lady!
I, too, dream what I eat and/or can't eat!

Great piece :)
An apple a day keeps the easy platitudes away!
That is just So wicked! I love it.
Wicked indeed I woke my cats, laughing, I couldn't live without bread so I'd be a very sick celiac-vampire
Superb. That's all.
My daughter has celiac so I really enjoyed this. And sent it to her. She laughed.
Celiac vampire! Ha! Love how the mania shifts just like that!
