Raven rides the line above
and chides her weary hunter.
Want her dead or live, you'd love
to bed her ugly under
the dirt of the murder tree
on your knees plot and graving
clad in widow's weeds raving

I'd want to bed her? I need to think about that! :)
Must admit I would rather see her riding the line! a good poem though!
The darkness of the murder tree, the person on her knees, raving..........there is a powerful story behind this strong poem.
Very intriguing. The fact that it refers to the "raven" makes it all the more mysterious and dark. Great write!
Mysterious,luv the metaphor and images
much love...
Now this is intriguing....I feel a dark, mystery here!
Hmmm. Methinks there's a tale to be told here. I like to think the raven rides.
MZ--I love the pairing of raving and raven. (The line breaks are cool, too.)
The ravenous rants of a raven
The darkness of the murder tree makes me want to know more!!
Ooh, a whole mythology in a few lines! I want to know more about this dangerous, seductive Raven!
The movement from raven to raving is magnificent.
I love this poem! And I love "ravens raving"!
Madness and desire... each feeding the other. Loved this.
This poem has an interesting plot! I would like to know the backstory.
This is an outstanding piece.
